7N/8D Leadership Development Camp, Manali 
DAY 01: DELHI - MANALI

Participants from Delhi and other states can join us at Volvo Pick up Point at their Own arrangements in Delhi. Pick up point will be confirmed before 7 days of Departure and journey will starts from Delhi in the evening.
Overnight in Bus.
No meal.

DAY 02: ARRIVE MANALI 
Upon arrival Check in to Camp. After breakfastIntroduction session with the instructor and a general talk or debriefing by the respective instructors about the course. 
Post Lunch
After Lunch lecture on outdoor education, students will be taught rope knots and how to pitch a tent which is very important because we are going to be staying in these tents only for the next couple of days.
Overnight in Camp
Meal: Breakfast+Lunch+Dinner

DAY 03:TRAVEL AGENCY VISIT, RAPPELLING AND TEAM BUILDING EXERCISES 
After breakfast, proceed for experience a workplace in Travel Agency and experience how travel agency works and organize tours, also interact with highly
experienced employees. Afternoon proceed to sightseeing of Delhi.
Post Lunch Activities
After lunch we will go forRappelling season in mountains and after this season, we will proceed to awesome team building game with a lot of fun and learning.
Overnight in camp.

DAY 04: TREKKING; MANALI – SOLANGNALA – DHUNDI 
Early morning after breakfast we drive to SolangNala (30 kms) which is starting point of the trek.
The trek passes through a mixed forest of blue pine, deodar, spruce, fir and wild walnut trees. The path ascends gradually over a stone strewn trail before descending to cross to the SolangNala left bank over a temporary wooden bridge.
Thereafter, the trek climbs upstill heading North West to reach the Dhundi Camping ground. Dhundi is is our base camp. We settle in our tent. We can also go and visit SNOW AND AVALANCHE STUDY ESTABLISHMENT (SASE) which is also located in Dhundi itself.

DAY 05:DHUNDI – BAKKARTHACH-BEASKUND

After breakfast we start our days trek to Beas Kund. Today we have to climb uphill through the moraine (rocks over the Glacier).
Beas Kund is a holy lake where Rishi Vyas took his daily bath. River Beas originates from here. Beas Kund is the base camp for Mountaineer who go for peak summit Hanuman Tibba peak – 6200 mts, Shetti Dhar Peak Peak 5600 mtr, Ladakhi Peak 5800 mtr. Beas Kund is also famous for bird watching.
Enroutewe will visit reach Bakkarthach which is a very beautiful ridge. From Bakkarthach we can see famous ranges of Himalayas called Dhauladhar range and PirPanjal Range.

DAY 06:BEAS KUND – DHUNDI – MANALI 
After breakfast we walk back to Dhundi and drive to manali for sightseeing where you opportunity to visit ancient temple of Hadimba Devi, Ban Bihar, Mall Road, VasisthKund.
Dinner around the merry campfire.,
Overnight in the camp.
Meal: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner

DAY 07: IN-HOUSE ACTIVITIES - DEPARTS DELHI


After relaxed morning breakfast we will do some in house adventure activities like Burma Bridge, Sloth Walk and Bamboo bridge.
Post lunch
After lunch we will have a departure ceremony and thereafter departs to Delhi.
Overnight in Bus.

DAY 08: DELHI DEPARTS 
Upon arrival at Delhi, the student will go to their onwards destination. (Dropping point and pickup point in Delhi will remain same)
Meal: NA

  • (depending on the availability )

  • A/c vehicle for transfers & sightseeing. (ac will not run in hill area)

  • Porterage At Hotels And Airports, Laundry, Liquors, Wine,Room Heater Charges Etc
  • Any cost arising due to natural calamities like cyclone, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client and directly payable on the spot).
  • Travel Insurance
  • Early check-in and Late check-out charges are not included in the above cost. Standard Check-in time : 1400 hrs. / Standard Check-out time:  1100 hrs.
  • Costs does not include any type of Surcharges if any and will be charged if applicable (Eg. Gala Dinner , Festive Season Charges, Long weekend etc.)
  • Room upgrades and freebies from the hotel

Payment Policy :

  • Booking amount required 100% amount of Flight Tickets & 50% amount of Land Package
  • Rest 50% payment should be done before 20 days of your departure 

Cancellation Policy :

  • Cancellation charge of 25% of total amount on package ( except Flight )per person is applicable any time after the booking is confirmed.
  • No refund, if cancellation is received less than 10 days before arrival.
  • 50% of the total package amount is applicable, if cancellation is received between 11 - 20 days before arrival.
  • 25% of the total package amount is applicable, if cancellation is received between 21 - 30 days before arrival.
  • During COVID or any other pandemic situation the cancellation charges will be on sole discretion of the management and it will be decided on case to case basis.
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the
  • operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.  
  • Cancellation Policy for Air Ticket depends on the Airlines policy

Terms & Conditions :

  • Kindly note hotels are not equipped to provide Indian items in their breakfast and they would try the same.
  • In case any guest requires Indian Items during the breakfast there would be additional charges applicable. 
  • Strictly NO Refund for any un-utilized services once booking is confirmed.
  • The above quote is strictly subject to availability of rooms at the time of booking.
  • The quote is strictly applicable as mentioned above and changes will attract a deviation in the costs.
  • This is only a quotation. We are not blocked/booked/holding any rooms/ restaurants and will be subject to availability at the time of booking, so rate can not be guaranteed with a late confirmation.
